Yama Imo with Habu Sake

Raw, high-energy mountain potato, grated into a gel, mixed with raw quail egg and smelt fish eggs.  One glass of sake fermented with the poison of the habu snake from Okinawa is drunk to finish this small meal with a 400-year history.
